the brief

To capture a bio-medical and pharmaceutical conference in London for use after the event for non-attendees and for training purposes.

how we achieved this

Utilising the skill of two of our award-winning filmmakers we positioned cameras in two locations in the lecture hall to enable us to capture different angles of the stage.

This ensured we captured both presenter and presentation material that was displayed on a screen, to enable the client to use the video again and again for training and promotional purposes.

length of filming

We spent a day planning and preparing for the filmshoot itself.  We then spent time ensuring lighting and sound levels were correct to ensure a successful filmshoot.

One day was spent filming the event, and the DVD captured every minute of the event to ensure future viewers gained the full benefit of what was being presented.

The result

A permanent record of the medical topics covered for future discussion and training purposes.  The editing process allowed us to show footage and recording of the presenters, alongside clear copies of their presentation material.
