Training videos are usually watched with trepidation; they aren't fun, they're something you have to sit though when you're at work. This doesn't need to be the case.
At Light Films, we treat every shoot like we do our own award winning films; like something special. We strive to make every shot beautifully composed, every scene thrilling.
A well crafted video can teach more than any leaflet and can cost far less than stopping productivity for a day in order to train your staff. More often than not people enjoy the films so much that they don't even notice they are learning.
What format can a training video take?
That depends on the extent of your imagination. We can film people from your business explaining what needs to be known, we can employ actors to play out any situation, or a Hollywood stunts and special effects crew to highlight the dangers of doing something wrong. If you need computer graphics or animation we can cater to that, too. Trust us; if you can think of it, we can achieve it. Then put it on the web or intranet for your staff to see or send copies out to them.
